In fact, acne, roughness and our skin’s dry seen is not directly related with what we eat and drink. But, everything we eat and drink make effects on our all bodies, just like our skin tissue. Here are 4 things the enemy of our skin.

Dried  Fruits

Listen Dr. Murad what he is telling about this subject carefully. Excessive sodium absorbes moisture from cells and accumulates it on the surface of cell walls. And the result is swollen eye covers and eye pockets. Remember, all chips you eat, will not worth of your eye pockets.

Alcohol

Farewell, summer cocktails! Drinking alcohol absorves skin’s moisture just like sodium does.  Alcohol is vasiladetor, so it enlarges veins and causes skin’s fray. “What about the heart health benefits of red wine ?”. There is no benefits, this is only a rumor.
To get the same pleasure, you can try fizzy grape juice and you can protect your skin from scaling off with not to drink alcohol.

Fried Foods

Oils, which are being used at fast-food restaurants, throws a complex that called 4-hidyroxy-trans-2-nonenal or HNE when they are heated with high degrees.  This is bad news because it causes death of skin cells!
These cells that sentenced to death, causes dry, scaly and dull skin.  We do not even mention the damage to your body …
