Anti Cellulite Diet

This is the nightmare of all women, whether old or young, whether slim or fat: Cellulite! The weather is becoming hotter; here we have all that you need to know about cellulite and to have a perfect body. Let’s have a look at our anti-cellulite diet.


There are 4 theories and they are thought to have an effect on the emergence of cellulite.

Theory-1: It may be related to structure of cells beneath the skin. Under the skin there is a tissue that lies under adipose tissue and it may have different appearance between different sex and age groups. That’s why the appearance, especially for women, develops in the form of cellulite.
Theory-2: It may appear after collagen and connective tissues disrupt. If these tissues break down fatty part comes forward and becomes visible in the form of cellulite.
Theory-3: It is related with how affective a circulation performance the vascular system has.
Theory-4: Inflammation process may also be a cause of cellulite. According to results of cell biopsies, we see that the cells with cellulite have chronic inflammation.

Together with all these theories, there are also new theories being discovered about the formation of cellulite. Especially, it is acknowledged that personal diets have a key role.
Although it does not appear in relation with obesity or being fat, it is seen that the decrease of fatty tissues comes up with the decrease of cellulite tissue. However, in comparison with normal diets, anti-cellulite diets seem to have a much greater effect on cellulite.
